Co-Founder | Project Manager

With a background in both real estate and law, Natalie served as the Corporate Business Manager in project development for City Center Investment Corp., one of the largest development firms in the Lehigh Valley. With 15 years of Executive Assistant, Paralegal and Project Management experience, Natalie brings a diverse professional background to managing any project, small or large. As a paralegal, she managed extensive contracts and legal documentation. Before joining City Center, Natalie served as judicial secretary to the Hon. Paula A. Roscioli in Northampton County and spent six years as executive assistant to the vice president and in-house counsel at real estate developer J.G. Petrucci Co. Natalie decided to leave Corporate America and jump into entrepreneurship when she realized there was no more space on the ladder to climb.

Responsibilities

As owner, CEO and project manager, Natalie’s core responsibilities include developing (1) strategy (2) marketing design (3) website layout and (4) time management techniques across all projects. Through Natalie’s leadership, DW has discovered that the success of engineering and project management activities is bound by leveraging the six project constraints (i.e. scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and resources). Additionally, Natalie manages all organizational assets, including Do Work’s monthly financial forecast.
